Named as one of the eight outstanding lobbyists in a survey of legislators and lobbyists by an Indiana business magazine, Pat McGuffey has more than 30 years of experience working with governmental affairs. Pat provides consultation in procurement, grassroots development, PAC management, and political strategy, and provides legislative and regulatory representation to various clients. With particular concentration in agricultural, environmental, mental health, health and budgetary concerns, Ms. McGuffey brings a broad base of knowledge and experience to the Indiana legislature and Indiana regulatory agencies.
Ms. McGuffey was awarded the Sagamore of the Wabash from Governor O'Bannon in 2002. She has also served on the Governor's Juvenile Justice Advisory Board; is a past president of the Indianapolis Press Club; a former Commissioner of the Indiana Protection and Advocacy Commission; is Past President of the Governmental Affairs Society of Indiana; Indianapolis Bar Association (Government, Health Care, Agriculture and Environmental Law Practice Section), and Chairman of Public Relations Committee of the Indiana State Bar Association. Pat is also a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO); WBE certified, Indiana Society of Association Executives, Junior League and Christamore Guilds. McGuffey is a graduate of Michigan State University and received a J.D. from Indiana University - Indianapolis.
